Health Coach Visit 3/19/14

I met with Leanna Hunt today.  I am very happy with my results and Leanna challenged me to walk 3 times a week and use my Total Gym twice a week going forward.  Last week, I walked 2 times and my foot that I fractured 9 weeks ago is feeling much better.

Today's Weight 265.8 (down 5 from last week, down 22 from 2/3/2014).

Health Coach Visit 3/12/14

I am late adding this post! Busy Week!

Here are my stats from last week.  My weight was up a few pounds as I was on my period.  I am happy that I still lost inches however!

Weight-270.6 (up 2lbs from 3/5/14) due to bloating-period and coming back from traveling)

Hydration-37.8 (up 1.7 from 3/5/14
Viseral Fat-12 (down 1 from 3/5/14)
Muscle pounds 127.8 (up 6.6 from 3/5/14)

Shoulder- 49 (no change)
Chest (-.75 from 3/5/14)

Thorax-37.25 (-.25 from 3/5/14)

Thigh-27 (up .25- not sure why?  Maybe bloating)

So, even though I was on my period and came back from traveling, I still lost 1.75 inches!  I'm happy about that!

I'm looking forward to next week's results!
