Health Coach Visit 2/19/2014

It's been a great week!  Although, I have to admit, I did have a piece of dark chocolate on Valentines Day, however I didn't go crazy and I even went to my Mom's 70th birthday party and didn't feel tempted to have chocolate cake.  I really believe the E2L (eat to live) supplement has really curved my appetite and any cravings for sweets.  I also have a lot of energy too.  My foot fracture has healed well, so I am going to start exercising.  I think this will really help the pounds drop and my endorphin levels to improve as well.

I weighed in and measured with my Health Coach Leanna Hut from Elevate.  Here are this weeks results:

Weight:  276.6 (-11 from 2/2/2014)

Inches:
Neck:  13.75 (-.25 from 2/5/14)
Shoulder:  50"  (-2" from 2/5/14)
Chest- 44.5 (no change 2/5/14)
Thorax-39.5 (- .5" from 2/12/14)
Belly Button-41 (-3" from 2/5/14)
Waist-45" (-2" from 2/5/14)
Hip-51.75" ( -1.25" from 2/5/14)
Thigh-26.75" (-1.25" from 2/5/14)
Calf-16.5" (no change)

So, I lost 2.5lbs from last week and 5.25 inches!  YAY!!!

I am going to focus this week on exercising 3 days a week, minimum and will not weigh at work or home until next Health Coach visit!
