Health Coach Visit-2/5/2014

Today I met with my Health Coach, Leanna Hunt (at Elevate Fitness).  She weighed me...I'm 279 lbs (with clothes of course- no shoes)!!! That means I've lost 9 lbs since starting this Sunday!  I know my weight-loss is mostly from detoxing my body, however I am so excited!  It's a great way to start this week!  Leanna did all my measurements as well.

I'm already looking forward to next Wednesday, our normal coaching time to see my weight drop as well as my inches drop.  Leanna is amazing and will really help me in my journey to stay on track and be a support as a coach and friend that I need!  I ordered a "Total Gym" and will begin using this 20-30 minutes daily one it arrived!  I think many of the exercises will be ok with my broken foot healing.

I have been starting each morning with 1/2 lemon and 2 cups of warm water.  I have about 3 refills and its really helping me get over my Diet Coke habit. I have been taking 2 Power Code E2L's each morning before having my shake and prior to my lunch shake.  I feel an increase amount of energy, which I have really needed!  Last night I ate 1 chicken breast baked with Salsa as well as 1/2 cup green beans.  I ended the night with 1/2 shake.  I feel great!
